Modsen summer festival: Scaling team, scaling events

Just as our company continues to grow, our celebrations grow with us. This summer’s corporate event was bigger, brighter, and more diverse than ever before – a reflection of how much Modsen has scaled and how strongly we value our people.

The day unfolded with a variety of activities. We began with a drumming workshop that set the rhythm and created a shared energy for the whole team. While some were mastering the beats, others took on the culinary challenge of cooking pilaf (the aroma alone was enough to bring people together).

You know, we are a company that also provides UX/UI design services, we wanted everyone to experience the creative process firsthand. That’s why we held a custom T-shirt painting session, where our team were creating unique, wearable art. Those curious about destiny could stop by the fortune corner, where a mysterious fortune-teller revealed playful glimpses into the future.

In the middle of the day, we tested our courage with a mystery box challenge – and yes, there were snakes (and lizards, and beetles) inside! But the most favorite activity was SUP boarding, offering everyone a chance to cool off in a clear, refreshing lake. At the same time, the more competitive spirits jumped into volleyball matches or tried their hand at giant human-sized Jenga.

As the sun began to set and the day grew darker, the atmosphere only grew brighter. A cover band took the stage, and music carried us into the evening, wrapping up the festival on a high note with dancing, singing, and a sense of true unity.
