Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Utilize Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to manage project workflows, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining open communication channels, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor the team's structure, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address any issues and risks that may arise.
- Actively involve in the PMO's activities, contributing expertise and insights to enhance the organization's overall knowledge base and standards.
- Prepare project reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights to support the informed decision-making process.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience leading and coordinating commercial projects in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of software development processes.
- Experience with commercial models such as Time and Material and Fixed Price.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address project issues and risks.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
