We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Developer (Python + React) who will be responsible for

Developing and maintaining web applications using Python and React

Designing and implementing AI features: LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI assistants, and knowledge base search systems

Deploying AI/ML services in production

Developing and optimizing components of AI/ML solutions: embeddings, rankers, models, and data processing pipelines

Developing back-end services in Python and building user interfaces in React

Contributing to the full development cycle: from architecture design and task estimation to delivering solutions to production

Writing unit and integration tests, participating in code reviews, and maintaining code quality

Preparing technical documentation for the developed solutions

Collaborating with the team and clients, taking part in technical discussions, and estimating tasks

You’re our ideal candidate if you have

4+ years of commercial development experience, including at least 2 years working with Python and AI/ML

Strong knowledge of Python and one of the following frameworks: FastAPI, Django, or Flask

Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), prompt engineering, function calling, and streaming

Experience building RAG systems: embeddings, chunking, vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, pgvector), hybrid search, and re-ranking

Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex

Practical skills in PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues (Celery, Kafka)

Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments

The ability to estimate tasks, work in a team, and communicate effectively with clients

A desire to grow in the AI/ML field, share knowledge, and contribute to the team’s development

English at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher, sufficient for participating in technical discussions and interviews

Nice to have

Experience with fine-tuning models (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)

Experience evaluating the quality of LLM/RAG solutions (RAGAS and similar tools)

Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience with agent-based systems (LangGraph, MCP) and monitoring of LLM applications (Langfuse, LangSmith)

Experience setting up CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
