We are looking for an Internship Recruiter who will
Participate in the full cycle of intern recruitment (from recruitment request to onboarding)
Participate in the improvement of existing recruitment processes
Prepare weekly reports on the recruitment funnel
Work with university interns (conducting interviews, documenting, distributing interns among departments, preparing analytical reports)
Present to interns as part of joint events with partner universities
Participate in organizing and conducting events for interns
Participate in the development and implementation of new event formats to attract talented interns
You're our perfect match if
You have 2+ years of experience working as an internship coordinator, recruiter, HR manager, or in a related position
You are familiar with the main recruitment sources, and you know how to work with them
You know how to conduct competency-based interviews
You enjoy giving presentations and speaking in public
You are willing to visit universities and events in different cities to raise awareness of the company
You are considering office-based work
Your English level is Intermediate (B1) or higher
