Internship Recruiter

Participate in the full cycle of intern recruitment (from recruitment request to onboarding);

Participate in the improvement of existing recruitment processes;

Prepare weekly reports on the recruitment funnel;

Work with university interns (conducting interviews, documenting, distributing interns among departments, preparing analytical reports);

Present to interns as part of joint events with partner universities;

Participate in organizing and conducting events for interns;

Participate in the development and implementation of new event formats to attract talented interns.

You have 2+ years of experience working as an internship coordinator, recruiter, HR manager, or in a related position;

You are familiar with the main recruitment sources, and you know how to work with them;

You know how to conduct competency-based interviews;

You enjoy giving presentations and speaking in public;

You are willing to visit universities and events in different cities to raise awareness of the company;

You are considering office-based work;

Your English level is Intermediate (B1) or higher.
