We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will be responsible for

Establishing and developing the business analysis practice, including creating regulations, standards, and approaches for requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation

Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements with internal and external stakeholders, product owners, and other interested parties

Analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying business needs, and preparing recommendations to improve process and product efficiency

Managing requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle, from needs identification to solution implementation and results evaluation

Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other analytical documentation

Modeling business processes and business domains using BPMN, UML, User Journey Maps, and other tools

Collaborating with development, testing, design, and product management teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements among all project stakeholders

Assessing the impact of changes on business processes, products, and related systems

Preparing analytical and management reports for company leadership, presenting analysis results and recommendations

Leading a team of business analysts, including developing team members' competencies, providing guidance on complex project-related matters, organizing and improving business analysis processes

Participating in team building activities, including conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, organizing training and mentoring, and carrying out performance reviews

You will be a perfect fit if you have

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements of varying complexity

Hands-on experience in business process analysis and modeling

A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with development teams

Strong knowledge of requirements management practices and business analysis techniques

Experience preparing project and analytical documentation

Proficiency in BPMN, UML, User Flow, Use Case, User Story Mapping, and other modeling techniques and tools

Experience conducting interviews, workshops, and facilitation sessions, as well as effectively engaging with stakeholders

Strong analytical, information structuring, and data-driven decision-making skills

An understanding of digital product development principles and the ability to translate business needs into requirements for development teams

Experience managing requirements throughout the full development and implementation lifecycle

Confidence in using SQL for data analysis

Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies

Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher

Nice to have

A deep understanding of software development processes, software solution design principles, CI/CD, testing processes, and change delivery practices

An understanding of service integration principles, microservices and monolithic architectures, and system component interactions

Knowledge of system analysis practices

Experience working as a System Analyst or combining business and system analysis responsibilities
