We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack (SA/BA) Analyst who will be responsible for

Gathering, analyzing, and aligning business and system requirements with clients and key stakeholders

Analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying business needs, and shaping proposals for product development

Preparing and maintaining analytical documentation: business and system requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, specifications, and diagrams

Modeling business processes, data, and system interactions using BPMN, UML, ERD, and other notations

Designing integrations between systems, defining APIs, and handling service interactions

Decomposing requirements and supporting them throughout all stages of the development lifecycle

Collaborating with development, testing, architecture, and product teams to ensure a shared understanding of solutions

Conducting impact analysis and assessing how changes affect existing processes and systems

Developing business and system analysis practices, and implementing standards and best approaches

Managing and developing a team of analysts, and participating in hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews

You're a perfect fit if you have

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a combined BA/SA role

The ability to identify, analyze, formalize, and support requirements of varying complexity

Experience analyzing and modeling business processes

A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital product creation processes

Experience designing system solutions and integrations

Experience with REST API and OpenAPI/Swagger, and an understanding of service integration design principles

Strong SQL skills and an understanding of how relational and NoSQL databases work

Knowledge and practical use of BPMN, UML, ERD, use cases, user stories, and other analytical artifacts

An understanding of microservices architecture and the principles of distributed system interaction

The ability to communicate effectively with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders

Experience in leadership, mentoring, or managing a team of analysts

English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

Nice to have

Experience building and developing business and system analysis processes

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers

Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture

Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Superset, etc.)

Experience working with high-load and distributed systems

An understanding of CI/CD, testing, and change delivery processes

Experience participating in architectural solution design
