We are looking for a Lead System Analyst who will be responsible for
Establishing system analysis practices and driving their continuous improvement (developing guidelines, standards, and approaches for preparing requirements and project documentation)
Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and aligning business and system requirements with internal and external clients
Designing architectural solutions with development teams and architects
Designing integrations between information systems and defining service interaction contracts
Assessing the impact of changes on existing systems and processes
Preparing analytical and management reports for company leadership
Managing a team of system analysts (developing employees’ competencies, advising on complex project issues, organizing and improving system analysis processes)
Contributing to team growth (conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, organizing training, mentoring, and performance reviews)
You’re our perfect match if you have
7+ years of experience as a System Analyst
Practical experience in software development or a deep understanding of software development processes
Experience designing information system architectures
Strong experience working with integrations and designing interactions between systems
Experience working with REST API, gRPC, and SOAP
Experience independently designing and documenting APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger
Experience working with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ message brokers
Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture principles
Excellent SQL skills and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
Proficiency in UML, BPMN, ERD, and other modeling tools
Understanding of service-oriented and microservice architectures
Experience interacting with clients and driving requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle
English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
Nice to have
Experience managing a team of system analysts
Experience with hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews
Experience establishing system analysis processes within a company
Experience working with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and similar tools)
Experience working with high-load or distributed systems
