We're looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for

Full sales cycle (from initial contact and analysis of client needs to presentation of our services, negotiations, contracting, and after-sales support)

Active search and attraction of new clients in international markets through cold outreach, participation in industry events, and the use of alternative channels

Negotiations and presentations (agreement on commercial terms, objection handling, confident deal closing at all stages of the sales funnel)

Development of additional lead generation channels (identification and testing of the new ways to attract clients, effectiveness evaluation, scaling of successful strategies)

Sales process improvement (new ideas, hypothesis testing, insight sharing with the team and manager)

You're our perfect match if you have

2+ years of active IT sales experience (outsourcing / outstaffing / services) or strong experience in international B2B sales in other industries

Deep understanding of complex, multi-stage deals and corporate client specifics

C1 English level or higher

Proven track record of successful B2B sales in international markets (Europe, the US)

Ability to connect with anyone (from a CTO to a business owner), build trust, and convey the value of our services

Proficiency in modern sales and lead generation techniques

Creativity, capability of generating new business ideas and finding unconventional approaches to client search and sales channel development

Willingness to work around client schedules (including early mornings or evenings when necessary)

High level of self-organization (you plan your day independently, manage your time effectively, set priorities, and work without external supervision)

Willingness to go on business trips and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and business missions

Nice to have

Proficiency in an additional European language (German, French, Swedish, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish)

In-depth domain expertise in one of the following industries: fintech, logistics, or e-commerce

Experience with and willingness to make cold calls in foreign languages
