Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
A strong understanding of IT project management specifics;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with distributed teams, and the ability to connect with both clients and developers;
In-depth practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), hybrid, and traditional development methodologies;
Strong skills and experience in planning, resource and risk management, leadership, and team management;
Experience working with distributed teams and international clients;
Familiarity with MS Office, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and modern project management platforms;
Proactivity, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility for results.
Would be a plus:
Technical background or solid understanding of SDLC and system architecture;
Experience managing project portfolios or programs;
