We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys
Ensuring timely delivery, establishing a strategy, and maintaining transparent communication on progress
Working closely with developers, coordinating their work at all stages, distributing tasks, monitoring deadlines, supporting and motivating the team
Coordinating projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Contributing to shaping strategies for company projects and services promotion
Ensuring the completeness, relevance, and accessibility of all project information
Preparing reports on completed projects and reporting periods
You're our ideal candidate if you have
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Spoken English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
A solid understanding of IT project management specifics
Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work with distributed teams, and the ability to connect equally well with clients and developers
Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Skills and experience in planning, resource and risk management, leadership qualities, and a proven track record of managing people
Extensive experience communicating with international clients
Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to share knowledge with others
Ability to describe processes, create clear requirements for developers, and perform testing of implemented improvements
The ability to work independently, bring tasks to completion, and quickly learn new systems and processes
Proactivity, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility for results

Experience managing several projects simultaneously and strong prioritization skills
