What you will do:

  • Collaborating with clients as strategic partners, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and building long-term trust;
  • Anticipating and mitigating risks before they escalate, and resolving conflicts through leadership thinking;
  • Contributing to the strategy of project and service promotion;
  • Leading cross-functional teams, creating structure, inspiring ownership, and maintaining high performance and team spirit;
  • Mentoring and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues;
  • Preparing reports on project outcomes and reporting periods.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
  • A strong understanding of IT project management specifics;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with distributed teams, and the ability to connect with both clients and developers;
  • In-depth practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), hybrid, and traditional development methodologies;
  • Strong skills and experience in planning, resource and risk management, leadership, and team management;
  • Experience working with distributed teams and international clients;
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Figma, Jira, Confluence, and modern project management platforms;
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility for results.
