We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys:
Ensure timely delivery, establish a strategy, and maintain transparent communication on progress;
Work closely with developers, coordinate their work at all stages, distribute tasks, monitor deadlines, support and motivate the team;
Coordinate projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met;
Contribute to shaping strategies for promoting company projects and services;
Ensure the completeness, relevance, and accessibility of all project information;
Prepare reports on completed projects and reporting periods.
You're our ideal candidate if you have:
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
Spoken English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
A solid understanding of IT project management specifics;
Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work with distributed teams, and the ability to connect equally well with clients and developers;
Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies;
Skills and experience in planning, resource and risk management, leadership qualities, and a proven track record of managing people;
Extensive experience communicating with international clients;
Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to share knowledge with others;
Ability to describe processes, create clear requirements for developers, and perform testing of implemented improvements;
The ability to work independently, bring tasks to completion, and quickly learn new systems and processes;
Proactivity, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility for results.

Experience managing several projects simultaneously and strong prioritization skills.
