We are looking for an SMM Specialist who will be responsible for
Creating content in Russian and English for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
Managing the entire filming process: from concept to final editing
Taking photos with a smartphone, composing shots, finding the right angles, and quickly adapting to any location
Shooting content at Modsen offices, during team presentations at universities, and at other locations necessary to bring ideas to life
Developing a promotion strategy and creating a content plan
Analyzing metrics and making decisions based on data, experience, and interests of the audience
Finding creative, cost-effective solutions that help stand out to the target audience
Adapting trends to the brand’s tone of voice and positioning
Monitoring trends and changes in social media algorithms and responding to them quickly
Actively communicating with colleagues, networking, and collaborating closely on content creation
You’re our perfect match if you have
1+ years of experience working with social media
English proficiency level A2 or higher
Experience working with photos and videos
A structured approach to your work, not just a creative one
Strong communication skills
Curiosity about the profession and desire to grow
An understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to provide clear briefs to designers
A willingness to work from our office
Would be a plus
Background in IT (outsourcing or product development)
Experience working with complex B2B products
YouTube content creation (from concept to editing)
