We are looking for a System Analyst who will be responsible for:
Identifying customer requirements and business needs (both external and internal), analyzing, formalizing, and coordinating them;
Developing architectural and technical solutions;
Documenting and subsequently managing system requirements;
Describing integrations with third-party services;
Participating in the database design process (SQL and NoSQL);
Formulating technical specifications for development;
Preparing training materials and mentoring interns in the field of system analysis.
You’re our perfect match if you have:
3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst;
Experience with task management tools: Jira, Trello;
Knowledge of how to visualize processes using UML, BPMN, ERD;
Knowledge of databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis);
Experience with integration via API (REST, SOAP) and ability to work with data formats (JSON, XML);
Experience with message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ;
Experience with API testing and documenting tools: Swagger, Postman;
English level B1+/B2 and more for speaking and documentation.
It will be a plus if you have:
Experience with visualization and design tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Balsamiq);
Knowledge of BPMN (e.g, Camunda);
Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel).
