Lead Generation Specialist


Your responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out potential clients who align with our target audienc;
  • Identify key decision-makers within companies;
  • Utilize various channels and tools to identify and engage with potential client;
  • Foster effective written communication with client;
  • Maintain and nurture our existing client base;
  • Collaborate with the team, including sales managers and department head;
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of lead generation processes.

What we value

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Lead Generator;
  • Proficiency in English at a B1+ level or above;
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and B2B sales;
  • Ability to leverage multiple lead generation channels;
  • Skill in market analysis and client profiling;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of autonomy and accountability;
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot;
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively;
  • Unwavering desire for personal and professional growth.

Added advantage

  • Experience in the B2B sales market, particularly in Europe, USA, or Canada;
  • Completion of lead generation and sales courses;
  • In-depth understanding of the nuances of lead generation and IT sales;
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language (German, Italian, Spanish).
