Sales Manager

What you will do:

● Active search and attraction of new clients;

● Communication with clients, both oral and written;

● Participation in the full cycle of interaction with the client (initial processing of the client, representation of the company, negotiating, concluding of transactions, meeting with the client, maintaining communication with the client after the transaction);

● Customer base maintenance, working with the existing customer base;

● Interaction with the team and the head of the department;

● Participation in improving sales processes.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience in a relevant sales position;

● Advanced English, both spoken and written (B2+);

● Knowledge of various sales techniques, as well as familiarity with lead generation techniques;

● Competent oral and written speech, excellent communication skills;

● Ability to find a common language with customers;

● Ability to handle multiple tasks;

● High level of independence and responsibility;

● Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot);

● Ability to work with the Linkedin social network;

● High degree of self-organization, ability to plan your working day, optimize working time;

● Readiness to work in the time range of clients;

● Irresistible desire to grow and improve your skills every day.

Would be a plus:

● B2B sales experience (Europe, USA, Canada);

● Completed sales courses;

● Knowledge and understanding of the IT sales specifics;

● Knowledge of a second foreign language (German, Italian, Spanish).
